Bral

The Bral are not a single race. Rather, they are those creatures that existed before the light of the Ashen reached the Plains of Darkness. When the Ashen fell they quickly became addicted to its light, even as it ate away at them. All fought over it. Many were changed by it. Among those changed, the Listeners were victorious. It was around this time the Ashen took its second dying breath.

The Bral would not be seen again until the Ashen's final breath ended.

The Elder Dark

The three strongest Bral were known as the Elder Dark. They were worshipped as deities by the rest of the Bral. When the Listeners rose victorious in the Bral wars they disappeared.
