The Whispers is the fourth province of the game world and is accessed after the defeating Garoran.
It is a mountainous and vertiginous region which has green grasses and large pine trees. It is fully controlled by the Listeners who use Vagrants as slave labour.
Deep within the mountain lies the Seat of the Matriarch, where the Matriarch Amiren can be found.
